1. Agreement

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and A1 Storage 2010. By renting a storage unit, you accept and agree to comply with all terms outlined here.

2. Rentals and Payment

• Units are rented on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
• No bond is required to rent a unit.
• Payment must be made in advance by the agreed method.
• Late payments may result in restricted access to your unit until the account is settled.

3. Access and Security

• All units are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via key fob.
• The facility is monitored and periodically checked overnight by trained security personnel.
• Customers must not share access credentials or allow unauthorised persons to enter the facility.
• Replacement of lost or damaged key fobs will incur a **$20 fee**.

4. Use of Units

• Units are for lawful storage of personal or business property only.
• Hazardous, illegal, or perishable items are strictly prohibited.
• Customers are responsible for packing and protecting their items within the unit.

5. Liability

A1 Storage 2010 takes all reasonable measures to protect your property, but we recommend that you arrange your own insurance. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from events beyond our control.

6. Termination and Non-Payment

• Either party may terminate the rental agreement with prior notice as specified in the rental terms.
• In the event of non-payment for one month, A1 Storage 2010 reserves the right to remove and dispose of the contents of the unit, after making every reasonable effort to contact the customer.
• A1 Storage 2010 reserves the right to terminate access in cases of breach of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

A1 Storage 2010 may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and posted on our website.
